Physical Education and Sports Department of the college aims at the harmonious personality development of the students through its various multifaceted physical education and sports programmes. Modern technical way of living has led our youth to a less physically active and stressful life style. So, one of the main objectives of the college is to achieve desired standards of health as well as motivating the students to participate in the sports events at intercollegiate and interuniversity level. To pursue these goals we offer physical education as an elective subject at Under Graduate as well as Post Graduate level apart from having physical education as a qualifying subject at UG level in all the classes. In fact our college is the first government college in Uttar Pradesh to have physical education at master degree level as an elective subject. Every year college works hard and takes the pleasure in conducting at least one or two intercollegiate sports events, offered by the C.C.S. University, Meerut. Each year a decent number of our students participate at various inter-collegiate and inter-university sports competitions. We have a standard sized badminton court, T.T. table, required space for Kho-Kho, Kabaddi and Basketball court and ample sports equipments to serve our students. College administration has put a multipurpose sports hall in its top priorities and very soon it will be at College’s disposal to cater the needs of our students.
